Secure Credit Card Payments

When you pay with credit card over the internet in Hubble Shop, you will be asked to enter the credit card's:

Card number
Expiry date
Card Verification Code/Value

These informations are sent to Commerzbank AG on a secure encrypted connection, so nobody can "listen" to the connection. Commerzbank then check the validity of the credit card. If you have made a mistake while entering the informations, Commerzbank will decline your payment and you can go back and correct the mistake.

When Commerzbank have approved the payment, you're shown a receipt that we recommend you print. We also send an receipt by email to the address you have entered (you are required to enter a valid email address).

Commerzbank will store information about your credit card safely together with the payment - at no time do we store information about your credit card in our own systems.
